Shelley is a rude and unprofessional businesswoman. I ordered and paid for my daughters prom dress. Shelley messed up placing the order. No apology. Just a quick, rude, brush off. No one at this shop appears to like working there, even Shelley. Don't waste your time. I visited many shops (Mona Lisa, Peaches, The Prom Shoppe). The employees and owners were happy, friendly, polite, and helpful. Shopping here will frustrate you and waste your time. Believe all the bad reviews!!! I'm upset I had to give this 1 star. I tried to submit it w/o any!!!
