Shelly's is a small boutique that strives to give every bride personalized attention. The consultants help you pull dresses and the merchandise arrives when promised. There is an alteration studio upstairs and a custom veil designer that comes in once a month. My dress is one of the most beautiful gowns I have seen and everyone thought it cost a fortune when it really did not. I had a custom veil made to compliment it and could not have been happier with the overall result.
