Review content:
Let me preface this by saying I have not actually been a patient here, so it may be the case that the service once you get in is wonderful. However, the receptionist is fairly rude and unhelpful. I had just moved to the area and was sick and needed to pick a primary care physician to see a dr. quickly. First I was told they needed my medical records. I had those faxed to them and called to make an appointment. I was then told the dr. needed to look them over so they would call me when she had done that. Had I been told this right away I wouldn't have bothered with the medical records. I just received a phone call from them saying the dr. looked over the records so I can now make an appointment. The problem is that my initial call and records being faxed was over a month ago! I am not sure what kind of illness they thought I had, but that is insane! I would never bother with a dr. that takes a month to get back to me about making an appointment. There are plenty of other reasonable physicians in the area, avoid this one and keep looking.
