I finally decided to get a brazilian blowout after I cut my wavy/frizzy hair to shoulder length to try to look more ""professional"" for my new job. Unfortunately, the haircut required a lot more work each morning because I had to straighten it every day. I read a few reviews for this salon, and Roger in particular, and decided to go for it. I am very happy with my hair. It has been about two weeks since I have gotten it done, and although it is still mostly straight and not frizzy, there is definitely a difference between the first week and now (even though I have been using all the brazilian blow out products). The process takes a long time- almost 3 hours (they estimate around 2 hours but for me it seemed to take extra long because I have a LOT of hair). Also, lately there have been little pieces of skin that appear in my hair when I brush it (like big pieces of dandruff) but they are easy enough to pick out. I think this might be due to the blow drying process because the heat occasionally felt like it was burning my scalp. For the next few days after the treatment my hair smelled like these chocolate candles I used to have, which isn't as bad as some of the other treatments out there. Overall, I am very happy with the treatment. It definitely takes less time to blow dry my hair, and I can just finger dry it and it will turn out the way it used to only after blow drying and flat ironing my hair. I will probably get the treatment again when it wears off. Roger was great. He is very friendly and makes you feel like you are old friends even if it is your first time seeing him. I highly suggest both the treatment and Roger. Pros: Can make appointments online
