Review content:
I called over the weekend to search for a new dry cleaner place since my usual had been closed. The lady on the phone was so nice and the price so reasonable that I decide to give a try. The clothes sat down in the lobby for two days without them pick it up, and I found out by calling them to check and to pay. The guy apologize but NEVER mention coming to pick it up now. He was making excuse and said he was checking on the computer. I was so upset and asked what did he wanted me to do? He acted like he didn't know what to do and not willing to come pick it up. I said if he wanted me to forget about it and he was apologizing signaled that was it. I was only one block away! I am so mad! It was a cold day and I guess he didn't want to leave the door.
