I was one of the first cutomers of this establishment going back nearly 9 years and 3 pets cradle to grave. Although I would recommend Dr Ford to anyone the problem lies in the fact that Dr Ford is an employee and the owner is all business meaning relationships mean nothing. This came home to me on my last visit when the receptionist carded me when I went to pay. Although she saw staff talking with me, making it apparent that I was known, had my account pulled up on the computer when I went to pick up my pet , her apparent protocal said ignore all of that and be all business. When I complained to management I was told the world has changed and this is what the owners require. Interestingly enough the carding was not to establish ownership. Anyone could have walked in, paid cash, and walked out with my pet. When I brought this up to management they shrugged it off. My veterinary relationships are similar to my personal doctor relationship. When the vets or owners lose sight of that it's time to look for another veterinarian. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this establishment .
