I was involved in a car accident and Maze, being a ""sister company"" to that of my Insurance Co,was recommended.I had prior (slight)body damage on my car.Being that the estimate was pricey,decided to ""shop around"" with hopes that another company would desire such a $$job and include this work,since other repairs on the body were getting done.After an appointment with the adjuster, I told him my plans before I'd sign any paperwork.He called me at work the next day, telling me He'd talked to his boss-No need to shop around, they would honor my request. I was told my car would be ready in 13 days. I rented a car. I took off of work on this day to get my car back. when I called, It wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready on the 31st.It wasn't.No one communicated with me as to what was going on. I called them back (again!)This time I was told that I could pick my car up, It was driveable, but they still had cosmetic work to do on my vehicle. I could have already bought a cheap used car for what I had spent on my month-long rental, so left work early to pick up my ""almost ready"" car. I grabbed my keys, walked out to my car to find THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD! I waited in frustration to speak with the man who,in our conversation, twisted words around like a used car salesman. It didn't matter to him- My insurance company had paid and I had already paid my deductable. A big $$ job+ a young girl= A BIG SCAM!!!

Cons: took longer than promised,no communication, explained everything in a confusing manner to explain why job wasn't done as promised
