Max was nice to us at first. He sold us two coats of stain for our deck, quickly did the first coat, then told us to call him in a few months when the weather got warmer so he could do the second coat. He assured us that he would come back to finish the job. We did as he said, but when we called him to do the second coat he rudely told us that he had ALREADY done it! When I tried to talk with him about this confusion he hung up the phone before I could finish my first sentence. He had never acted unprofessional with us before, so I was really surprised. But he won't answer my calls or call me back. He simply won't finish the job. On to the Better Biz. Bureau we go...
