This place has the best Chocolate Decadence ""cake"" in Utah - do they know it? - yes, they've been told many times - is it available consistently? -NO! Their competition is Red Butte cafe with better desserts. Pinon could compete but can't get their act together - we called early one day to see if the chocolate cake would be available - we got there at 1:00 PM and ""it won't be ready for two hours"" - oh well! This place has great potential, and the owner is very nice - but she needs to concentrate on what she does best - forget the pastey banana cream pie with the awful whipped cream topping, the flat tasteless lemon bars and quick breads - fill the place with customers - bad sign - nobody is ever in there - I see the death knell for this place if things don't change!
Pros: Chocolate Cake!, Chocolate cake!, chocolate cake!
Cons: , lemon bars, no customers???
