I give Baltimore flowers 0 stars for my 2012 valentines day order, thought this website requires one star minimum. I called a day in advance, and placed my order for a dozen roses and a box of chocolates to send my wife who travels to work in Baltimore every week. The order totaled over 150 dollars. Valentines day came and went, my wife received nothing. I got no call back from Baltimore flowers, and when I tried to call, I was put on hold indefinitely. Beware, when you call the number they list, you will be talking to someone in India, who won't be able to even pronounce your name or city. The person I spoke with kept trying to tell me the flowers are going to Baltimore, New Orleans! I told her Maryland, and she became confused. Somewhere somebody in New Orleans has my wifes flowers. I look like husband of the year here! Beware
