NO stars. I have gone to his cleaner a couple times, and both times my clothing has been ruined, whether it be shrinking them or the materials actually falling off of the clothing. They say they're not responsible for this happening, but they should be able to at least guarantee not ruining expensive clothing. That is why I take my nicer clothes to get cleaned in the first place; because they're not washable and they need delicate care! Also, when I took the clothes back for them to fix what they ruined, there was another woman in front of me complaining about a dress she had wanted cleaned and how SAVEON ruined it. Most likely because of the same issue, they wash things that shouldn't be washed instead of steaming or dry cleaning only! Very frustrating, and I will NOT be going back to SAVE-ON for getting my clothes dry cleaned. I guess I should have known that the Asian places actually do a good job, but be weary about the Mexican owned places.
