Review content:
I retained the services of FSTN in 4/2008 to assist w/ tax issues. I initially spoke w/ Jerry Adams, who assured me their goal was '100% customer satisfaction.' Jerry seemed helpful & willing to help at the outset; however, that rapidly changed.
Pros: Good at getting customers
Cons: They do not deliver on ANY of their promises
