I have been shopping at this wonderful store for many years, since my now 16 year old twins were toddlers and I have always been treated with kindness. I have bought and returned exchanged and special ordered books and have never had a problem. I went into the store just a few days ago and after reading the angry review below I noticed right behind the counter in plain view is the return policy for the store which although can be viewed as strict, is completley necessary. Also when I have returned items and have recieved store credit I have always been able to use it just like cash would and I prefer that because I am unlikely to spend the credit like I would spend the cash.I love this store and the ladies that work there are helpful and are trying to make your choices easy and not just expensive. If in the area stop by and it will be difficult to leave without buying a single item. If you are discouraged by the angry review below every person experiences a difficult time but the store is unique and carries items of quality that will never be found at toys r us or even online.
Pros: Helpful workers, unique toys and willing to special order whent they are able to
Cons: They can get really busy on saturdays so unless you are going to a party and need something then would suggest going
