This place is a JOKE! I have never been treated so poorly. Holly is the WORST business owner that I have seen in my life. I spent $35 plus a tip for Holly to put gel over my real nails. The whole time I was there, she talked bad about other shops and said that her shop and products are the best. Not only did I have to listen to that nonsense, she was on her cell phone, non stop talking and texting! I wasn't 100% thrilled with my nails, but I just wanted to get out of there. They probably could have been a little better if she spent more energy and focus on them versus her cell phone. The very next day, two of my nails chipped. I called the shop and she told me to come in so it could be fixed, which I did. Two days after that, my nails chipped again! I called Holly yet again, and had to come in so they could be fixed. Let me add that I do not live in Webster, so it's not just a 10 minute drive for me. Two after the second time getting them fixed, they chipped AGAIN!! I called and told her that I was on my way in and that this is unacceptable and that I just wanted a refund at this point. When I arrived at the salon, there were no customers in there except for a girl that Holly was doing a pedicure on. She told me to come back there to show her my nails. After rambling on and on about how she doesn't know what I'm doing to my nails, that she needed to think about what she was going to do for me. I explained that this was a HUGE inconvenience for me to keep coming in to get them fixed and that I just want a refund to be done with this mess. She became very rude at this point and very defensive. She ADVISED me to have a seat in the front and wait for her. After taking her very sweet time and making me wait 15 minutes (the customer was long gone) she decided to come up to look at my nails once again. She noted that this was wasting her time. She told me that she would fix them and that's it. As I was explaining to her why I didn't want them to be fixed, I look up to see a police officer walking in. SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME BECAUSE I WANTED A REFUND! (That's what she was doing in the back for so long) I have never been so appalled in all of my life. At first I sat there in awe because I couldn't understand it! Not once did I get hyper or remotely even raise my voice. I asked her why in the world did she do that, and she sat there with such an ugly, smug puss on her face - happy that not only would I not be getting a refund, but I also wouldn't be getting them fixed (not that I wanted to anyway). Bottom line is, when you go out to eat and are unhappy with the meal, they take it off the bill. When you purchase something from a store and do not like it, you can return it for a refund. It's not like I was being unrealistic and I thought I was very nice and understanding about the whole thing. I really cannot believe the experience I had at Pro Nails with Holly - the owner. She actually should be fined for wasting the Webster tax payers money on such a ridiculous phone call to the police. You couldn't pay me to go back there.
