I had an issue with a return and the manager Doris was very unprofessional in regards to the return. I had purchased a bathing suit top on a Saturday, took it home and changed my mind. The return policy by the register stated items unworn with tags will be refunded within 14 days. I had called the store first thing Monday morning and the employee had checked with the manager to verify the return can be made. The manager said yes to the employee. I went to the store one week later for the return and was treated rudely by the workers and they did not believe me. They called the manager Doris and she stated she never said that. The return policy by the register did not state swim wear can not be returned. The woman pulled out a slip of paper from a drawer that stated swimwear was not returnable. I was never given this with my purchase. The policy that is visible to costumers by the register should be more specific and I feel it should actually be printed on the receipt given when a purchase is made. Very disappointed with the service I recieved. I would go there yearly for my bras and spend $150-$200 and recommended family and friends. I will no longer do that.
