Nice place for a gourmand to quickly stop in for breakfast. They serve illy coffee (iced if it's hot out), breakfast sandwhiches with lox, ham and egg bites on brioche, or a delicious fruit salad. The lunch rush will depend on the weather, as this place has cute tables set up in a relaxing atrium to retreat to between the blocks (W53rd and 54th). The lunch dishes vary. The variety is nice however some days it seems to confuse the service and make them less co-ordinated - but they try... i.e. REMI-To-Go will typically have the lunch menu out during breakfast, so you can decide if you want any of the specials later - nice touch. However, I have had an occassion where something I wanted printed on the menu (a red beet salad w/ goat cheese) wasn't offered during lunch time. All-in-all, variety around the office is always a good thing, the italian food is more upscale than a pizzeria, and the prices are nice. This example lunch cost me $12.00 :Pasta pesto salad with mozz, and cherry tomoatoes; Chilled red pepper puree soup (large serving), and a 500mL size of Pellegrino. Pros: Seating in the atrium, Quick, Takeout, illy Coffee Cons: Printed Specials Might not be Available
