Review content:
I used the reviews on this website to have my daughter's hair permed - major mistake. The stylist didn't bother to patch test her just slathered on the chemicals and now she has broken, damanged hair and what appear to be burns on her scalp and around her face and neck. This was a Christmas present and my poor daughter is mortified - it's so bad she told me ""I'll never do this to my hair again Mama"". Hopefully one day she can get back her beautiful long straight hair (fortunately hair grows back because she put a really bad cut on it too). Of course I wanted my money back (PERM suggests in itself it can't be fixed) so I contacted the salon - the stylist after being asked 4 times about a patch test finally lied and said she did one. Then when she couldn't passify me and sent me to the owner she accused me of just wanting the perm and my money too.....believe me my daughter has NO desires to keep her hair the way it is now. She looks like a poodle that hasn't been brushed in months -whoooo that was really worth $120. Of course, I want my money back!!!!
Pros: Suppose to be a high end Salon!
Cons: Didn't follow manufactures recommendations - overpriced
