I completely agree with Courtney C's comment. They can't repair anything in the home until the owner's of the home approve it. Then, if the owner's won't approve it, then it doesn't get repaired. We waited 4 months for a new microwave/vent over our gas stove after they took the old one out that was only holding on by one screw and could have fallen on anyone at anytime. Also, the heat/air in the smallest bedroom still doesn't work right, and our son had to spend the winter sleeping in our room because his was freezing all winter (which is ridiculous because this past winter wasn't even that bad of one). Plus, the finger system connected to the septic tank needs cleaned out, but they won't do it because the owner's of the house don't think its necessary (although a plumber said it was) and so when the dishwasher or washing machine drains, water backs up in the kitchen sink and bathtub, and don't even think about running the dishwasher or garbage disposal or washing machine simultaneously in any combination of two.
