Businiess name:  Rudy's Red Eye Grill

Review content:
We had lunch at Rudy's because the lunch menu looked better than the dinner menu - we weren't looking to spend a ton. At first our waiter was pretty good, average to above average ... once the food came though we didn't see him until we had finished. He never asked how things were or anything! I had the Prime Rib French Dip - average, the meat was pretty fatty and for a sandwich it is no fun to bite into fat. The portion size was good, and the onion rings average. My husband had the lunch combo with the mini walleye sandwiches, Rudy's chopped salad and gumbo. The sandwiches were dry (needed more mayo, better lettuce, and don't burn the inside of the buns), the salad was alright - salami, shrimp, olives and a good vinegrette, my husband really liked the gumbo. We probably won't go back as it wasn't anything great and the only thing that really impressed was the gumbo. Not worth the 15 minute drive for us. Pros: Nice atmosphere - similar to other Axel Restaurants Cons: Poor Service once the food came
