What ever happened to getting the job right the first time?
I think their strategy is their customers will just get tired of calling them back.
No regard to protect existing lawn from machinery.
They will not do anything out of their own volition.
Large job ~ $8K expensive , over estimed time need, then milked the time.
covered up drain pipe - flooded my crawlspace.
2 dead Abelia plants, along with a few little ones.
Roundup overspray - dead sod.
Slime mould infested mulch - I know this occurs naturally. ? Their mulch is naturally infested with slime mould.
Zero help with deer resistance advice - (when asked, only Azaleas were mentioned) and they teach classes on this?
No follow-up call or visit. (thanks for the xmas card)
Pros: they will come back, again, and again to fix
Cons: how many times do you want to put up with this?
