went to mike's train shop and spend alot of money. The owner is not a kind person at all he's very quick to sell u something and not much to say but how much it is! does not give much info on return policies which are none and he promises u that his products are the best and then when something is not right are u need a part he is quick to snap your head off without giving a person the right to say what's wrong first that is the service I havr received the first time I went in there as a new customer not to impressive to me!!!!!
