Cardinal Fitness - Oak Creek has very low monthly fees and you get a lot for what you pay. There are tons of treadmills a handful of elipticals and a huge weight area (machines and free weights). They also offer tanning and child care. Drawbacks: no classes. Ultimately, I'm oving and have to cancel my membership..don't try to cancel--they get extremely snotty and start to do a hard-sell on why you should stay with their club. The cancelation of my membership was painful and would probably make me not sign up for their club again.
Pros: inexpensive, lots of equipment, tanning
Cons: no classes, hard to cancel
