Initial visit by the sales rep was outstanding. I was introduced to Harley Exteriors at the homeshow in Seattle. I signed on because of the raffle. I didnt win the prize from the raffle but i did save tons of money on my heating bill and my husband from the neighborhood kids. i normally hate the winters in my home because we are soo close to the water front and my husband always complains about being disturbed by the noise from the outside. so when the sales rep came out , he explained that the windows could potentially save us some money on the heating bill and how sometimes it would keep the noise out. i had my doubts but after a few days to think about it, we made the decision to replace three windows because we needed to anyway. i cannot stress enough how happy i was with our decision! sixty dollars less on my heating bill and no more calls to the police after 10 pm. I hope this helps someone who has the same issues i did! i reccomend (highly).
