I wonder what high standards are you talking about? Maybe when you are there only but what about when you turn your back, do you really know what's going on? How many employees have been fired already? To fire one employee after another in short periods reflect so much what kind of management the facility has. Management is so poor that they cannot provide the residents better quality toiletries, better foods and better entertainment. I agree with Timetotalk, I would advise people to pull out their relatives there. You just don't know how unsanitary some staff are esp. in the memory cottages.
