Review content:
I am shocked to read the negative reviews of Foundry Orthopedics. These reviews could not be further from the truth! I have been a patient at Foundry Orthopedics for the past three years. During that time period I have had surgery on both of my shoulders and I have also been treated for back problems. So you can see that I've had plenty of opportunity to evaluate the service I receive. I can tell you that from day one the service I have received on every single appointment is top notch. I've read the negative comments about the wait time to see one of the doctors. My comment back to these reviewers is ""show me a doctor that doesn't have a wait time"". My wait time for a doctor averages around 20 minutes and the wait time for therapy is normally less than 5 minutes. Sometimes you can wait longer for a bagel and coffee at a local donut shop. As for my appointments, they are always very thorough. The doctors and the entire staff are courteous and they spend the time to explain things and to listen to your questions. I have never felt rushed from any appointment I have had. The staff is very friendly and they put you at ease when you are there. The doctors are all very easy to get along with and they treat you as a friend and not always as a patient. As for the Physical Therapy portion of Foundry Orthopedics, I have nothing but great things to say about them. When I had my surgeries done I had fears of how painful and difficult the therapy would be. I was so wrong! Not only did the staff make me feel comfortable, they always showed that they cared about my condidtion and about me as a person. They took their time to explain each step of the therapy process with me and they were with me every step of the way to make my therpay the easiest it could be. I can say without question that my recovery was made a whole lot easier by the great staff. For me, therapy became a fun place to hang out, listen to great music and have lots of laughs.
Pros: Great service. Great people. Great music. Nice sports atmosphere. Cool building.
Cons: Have never found one.
