I totally agree with the comments listed here. The building itself is a marvel, however the staff is under trained if even trained at all. The medical assistant I had removing my sutures boasted that her last job before coming to Foundry Orthopedics was a job at Taco Bell. She had no formal training. And apparently that is the case for several other employees there at the facilities. I found that information disturbing since this is, or so I thought, a licensed surgical staff. It appears the Owners find it important to put a lot of money into the looks of the building but pay little attention to proper patient care. I found it disturbing and I would imagine illegal. I suggest that anyone choosing to go there (if they can stand the wait in the waiting room, my wait 1.25 hr) to insist on seeing credentials. I think the company hires these unlicensed employees to avoid having to pay the wage they would to certified Medical Assistants, Physical therapists and so on. It seems like a shady operation to me. I would stay away. I obviously will! Pros: Beautiful building Cons: Under trained Staff/ Shady operation
