I have shopped this store for many years - sometimes just wanting to browse the newest in fur fashion and other times because I am interested in purchasing something. The staff has been caring - considerate and very informative. They know I do not always buy - but regardless, they are accomodating. I have sent many people here from my own family members to important officials from around the USA. Garbers have designed and shipped coats for us - even to Europe. They have gone out of their way to contact specific designers on my behalf - and have dyed pelts to match an unusual shade that I wanted in sheared mink.
Pros: staff, knowledge, merchandise, fashion, quality, parking, accessability
Cons: None - but just know that if you are custom making a coat, it may take a few weeks.
