Review content:
I ordered a pizza on a Tuesday night. They notified me that the order would arrive within an hour. An hour later the restaurant called me back to let me know that they would not be able to send it out for another hour. I said that was fine as long as it arrived within the hour. I was then transfered to a manager who said she would not promise that so I cancelled the order. I then noticed that my credit card had been charged even though I would not be getting any food. When I called back to request a receipt they refused to provide me with proof that they had voided the transaction. The manager who was not worried about loosing our buisness eventually said that she would put a receipt in the mail. TERRIBLE customer service. What a shame!
Cons: the people who work there are extremely rude!
