I currently live at Applegate Apts and find this to be the best place ever when it comes to the rental world. They are very competitive and have top notch management. Concerns are all recognized and the manager is exceptional in helping out with any problems that arise. Speaking as a current resident, I give this place several thumbs up. Excellent community and perfect location in Appleton.
