I would avoid this company at all costs. They took over management of my house on May of 2011 and it was a disaster from the start. They lost 3 months worth of rent check. I has to close out my bank account because of them! There were serious maintenance issues with the property, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. I moved out of the property after 9 months of dealing with them since it simply became to stressful. They even lost my house keys at one point. Their staff are rude and don't care. I'm still fighting with them trying to get my security deposit back, they made the check out to me and someone who was never on the lease. They WILL screw you over. Avoid them at all costs.
