This is possibly the best BBQ in the St. Louis area. Fall off the bone tender ribs are their trademark item and the have a good selection of steaks. Only complaint is no variety of sauce. They expect everyone to eat the ribs as served and don't even have a bottle on the table. This is a sweeter sauce, akin to KC sauces. I prefer a spicier sauce such as what comes out of Memphis or Texas. The name belies the product. But it's still good. Pros: Good value, great ribs Cons: long waits, no variety of sauce
