Review content:
At first the price was decent for the size and condition. Then we found out that they were increasing rent after the year to an amount that was way overpriced for the size and condition. I would understand the increase if our apartment was going to be completely upgraded but that was not going to be the case. The floors are like plywood and you can hear everything above and underneath of you. We've had mice in the walls in the winter, water temps that varied so drastically it would burn you and then freeze you, drunk people driving their motorcycles on the SIDEWALK in between buildings past 10PM, college students playing drinking games with their windows open till 4AM (even with our air conditioner on), the leasing manager isn't very helpful just good with the lip service. Parking sucks when there's snow. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance technicians. They were always friendly and got things fixed within a day or two. Will will never come back to this place and will make sure to tell everyone the truth about the conditions and lack of help from the leasing office.
