I live in the area and this is a hot summer night favorite haunt. Standing in line is part of the experience. You change your mind about what to have constantly. It's true that there's no formal roped off lines but that's part of the fun too. If its really crowded, when you first walk up study the lines for a minute. There are six windows but usually only four or possibly five lines. At least one line is taking the middle of the road and playing two windows. That's the line you want. Some windows are cleared faster depending on how much prep time is required for something like a frappe versus a small cone.
Pros: You're there for the ice cream and they delivery every single time.
Cons: Can be buggy on humid or rainy nights.
