In September, 2011 I hired Michelle's Piano Moving and Services, Inc to move my Steinway upright to a new location. The piano first went to Michelle's SE Stark Street location for interior cleaning, action regulation, hammer cleaning, tuning and touch-up body work. The pick-up from our house and delivery to the new location was professional and well done. Upon delivery, I noticed a discoloration on the front of the piano and a blurring of the Steinway logo. All other work performed was perfect. Lotof had a remakable piano refinisher come to the new location and take the affected pieces with him for refinishing. They came back good as new and we are very happy with the end result.
