Please save your time and get your dry cleaning done by 1 of the other 1000 dry cleaners in NYC! This place is run like a farm, because they treat you like animals, with no repect to you and your clothes! They take no responsibility, from holes in pants, broken buttons and missing cufflinks . I keep telling myself that they are sufficient for my dry cleaning needs, but after the 4th mishap and disrespect, I told them I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They could really care less. Go to one of your local cleaners where they treat you and your clothes like family...they way it should be!!
Pros: They are located everywhere
Cons: They don't know what customer service is!
