Horrible service: I went to use the perfectly legitimate $1 off Wellness canned food coupon I get from Wellness in the mailing list, and the owner does not want to accept it. There was nothing wrong with what i was using the coupon for, it was all according to the rules of the coupon and yet the owner was extremely rude and obnoxious and started exploding at me about how it takes him a long time to get his money, even though he makes the same amount of money whether he accept the coupon or not! So unprofessional and uncivil and disrespectful, i'm never going there again, no way i'd spend money there to get bad customer service and disrespect.
Also, as far as 'selection' and 'competitive pricing' that other ppl on here seem to rave about, frankly speaking i don't find this store any better than others. Of all the cat food and supplies i would ever buy (that's a lot of brands) almost none have prices there that would beat Pet Club or Petco or Petsmart. Pet Club has better prices, even Petco or Petsmart on sale beats Pet Food Depot (which don't seem to have sales much). There are also some common ones they don't carry, like Purina Pro Plan they only have ONE cat food type versus like 8 in other stores and they don't have the canned food either. Hardly any choice on natural cat litter.
