I hate writing reviews but I noticed a couple nasty ones and I had a good experience so just my 2 cents....
1) super selection...lots of dresses and lots of designers in one place
2) pretty great prices...I looked around and didn't find anything cheaper for the dresses I liked
3) yes they charge to try on...but they are up front...tell you about it, let you look to see if you want to try something on before charging and give you the $ toward your dress...
4) In life...what you give is what you get back...so if you treat the sales associate like crap...she's not gonna treat you like a queen...that's human nature. so just be nice people.
I had a great experience...found a dress for myself, my mom and my bridesmaids without a lot of hassle and without spending more than I had planned..
