If I could I'd give them zero stars. In 2009 they replaced our condenser and the coil. Cost us over $4,000. So in April of 2011 the coil goes bad and the repairman spends ALL day replacing just the coil. Since he was out ALL day the charge was over $800 in labor. He also said that we were missing the fan on our heating unit. NOW the only people who have worked on our unit is Cummings so they must have broken it off. But want to charge us to replace it. NO husband will do.
Now July 2011 the unit is blowing out only warm air AND they want to charge me $95 for a service call. NO. I'm finding somebody else. So if anybody knows who is good PLEASE LMK cause I'm not letting Cummings take anymore of my money.
