I hired him to renovate my home. It was the worst mistake of my life. He was to be done in ninty days and it has been a 132 days. I have no master bathroom it is still unfinished and what is done is wrong...the tile is broken...shower doors not hung right... no tub....no toilet...no cabinet...no vanity...we also have a hot water tank that is leaking cause they put a hole in it when they installed it but guess what no shut off valves to turn it off. He installed the facia and sofit backwards and with roofing nails.. he still has not even started the outside of my house and the siding. He installed the washer and dryer backwards, and I still have a dryer vent that just vents under the house and not hooked up. The dishwasher is still not installed correctly. I had to finsh all the trim work cause his crew refused to poly the sides and tops of boards only the faces. Not to mention the job they did do is terrible. They have destroyed all the doors in the home they all have to be redone by us. I have warped walls and a very expensive hardwood that is coming up and not nailed properly. I cant even use my back door. Now that bath that is done does not work the plumbing will not drain. Their time management skills are bad. When they ran out of money he promised me he would be here everyday to keep on working but his crew had to move on the make some money. So that he could pay them, but guess what the first day he was here 2 hours, then not for two days, then he showed up one day and worked about 5 hours, and has not sown up since and it has been two weeks. These are just a few problems...Do not let him in your home.
