If you are just looking to go get a cardio workout beware that you will probably be harassed by the so called trainers in black shirts. I've been approached 2 different times when I was just minding my own business. Many of the machines are so used that the padding is cracked--a great bacterial breeding ground. Other machines squeak, and some TVs don't work. I've gotten seriously sick twice now, probably due to the lack of clean locker rooms and sauna and equipment: I make this judgement b/c I don't go to other public spaces and I work from home so this is the only place I could have gotten sick from. The male trainers stand around laughing and talking very loudly when they aren't working--this is mostly during the peak hours, and is very annoying if you don't have your own music to drown them out. I will not be continuing my membership, and the only reason I tried them out for a couple of months is because they were so close to my house. Pros: cheap Cons: dirty locker rooms, dirty sauna, noise, annoying staff
