I made reservation on line. The clerk could not find my reservation then it was all tangled up in some other paperwork on the desk. The next day I asked for some towels and washcloths which they where given to me. We lefted the room and when me and my kids returned NO ONE had been in to clean our room at ALL!! I complained to the front desk clerk Barbara but we got into a BAD arguement. She told me since I was given towels that was my room service. I said ""I DONT THINK SO!!"" However nothin was solved my room didn't get cleaned, my bed sheets was not changed, trash was not taken out, floor was not vaccumed, dirty laundry was still in the room. It was a MESS!! They discounted my bill $20 dollars..WOW!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!! I will NOT be staying here AGAIN!!
