My iphone wouldn't synch with my macbook and when I called Apple they said I didn't have enough memory. I'd been to the apple store before but the guy on the phone said these guys were here too so I tried it because I live nearby. I called first to find out if they had the right kind of ram for my macbook because I don't know what kind I need and they looked it up and told me it was in stock. I was there within an hour and they not only got me what I needed, explained what the memory was (I thought it was space I had used up) but they installed it right then and there (for FREE) so that they would know it works. I had expected it to be a big to-do but it was totally a breeze.
Also for what it's worth, they were WAAAYYY calmer than the apple store.
Pros: fast, nice
