This company came highly recommended, and the bid was in the Mid range of 3 bids. My experience with them is horrible. The roof started leaking again within 3 days of the new roof. I called numerous times and they initially responded; as the roof continued to leak , I started having a hard time contacting the company. I paid in cash got a 3 year warranty, I reported them to the BBB and the BBB tried to help! I would need to take them to court as the roofing company denied my charges and we could not reach and agreement.. I had to save and borrow the money from my children as it is to get them to repair the roof.. The warranty is just useless paper to me. I did not have money to fight them in court. ""The answer given to me was I was trying to get them to do roof repairs they are not responcible for"". Before they even agree to do the roof repair I told them it was a problem flat roof addition to my home and I had had 3 other roofing repairs where my money went to waste and was lost. This time I wanted to go with a reputable company and was assured they could stop the leaks and repair the roof and remove all the rotten wood. March 6, 2011 until now the roof still leaks and the ceiling drywall has fallen in and mold and mildew is aweful where the rotten wood remains. I am now trying to save again to get the roof repaired or have the addition torn down. All I can say is this, my personal experience with this roofing company is horrible and I consider my $1,850. another loss by another roofer . I cancelled my business plans and sold the supplies and equipment to try and pay back some of the money I borrowed from my child; because I could not open a home business with a leaking roof! So my loss is greater than the $1,850.
