As the Vice-President of Customer Relations, I wish this person would of called and spoke with someone on our management team. NBF takes great pride in our customer service, even when dealing with the tough task of collections. Remember, being a collection agency in these economic times are tough and NBF tries to provide the best recovery to our clients with being mindful to debtor?s present circumstances.
