Review content:
We have been with Ash since we moved to MI 6 years ago. I did try another Vet and while that Vet was good - it wasn't the same and the dogs didn't respond to that Vet they same way they do to Dr. Broschay. The entire staff works hard to make each pet feel like they are the only pet in the world even though there might be a waiting room full of animals....every one gets the same attention from the front desk to the Doctor. Yes I have had to wait at times, but it is because they are taking the best care possible of someone else's sick pet or they have had an emergency come in. On more than one occassion one of our pets has been the emergency that has delayed other people's appointment times. I feel guilty that other people have to wait, but thankful that they are willing to set schedule aside to handle an injured or ill pet. They try to keep the wait to a minimum, but sometimes a longer wait can't be avoided. If you are looking for the most caring and qualified Vet and staff in the area - this it. After 20+ years of owning dogs and dealing with various Vets - Ash has topped all of them.
