My wife and I come out to Palm Springs two or three time a year during the winter months to relax in the sunshine and enjoy a great meal or two. When it comes to steak in the desert we always dine at Ruth's Chris. This time we changed it up and went to LG's Prime Steakhouse. We made reservations for 9:30 on Friday night, arrived on time and was promptly seated. The atmosphere was beautiful with Christmas decorations all around. The staff was excellent and the waiter quickly took our order. We ordered the Caesar Salad which was prepared at our table and could not have been better.
