Review content:
Our firm called on October 29th to book one of the small rooms at the restaurant for our firm Holiday party to take place on Saturday, December 8th. I was told on the phone the room was available and the manager would be calling me to confirm the reservation as well as to provide me with details of the menu offerings. Two weeks later, our office still had not heard anything from the Manager or Serratto, at all! So, I just called to confirm our reservation and get the appropriate details. The manager got on the phone and at first, told me there was no record of me calling or making a reservation. Then he said he found a note with my name (I was the person who called in October) on it and a note that someone had attempted to call us back because the room was actually reserved already. We work in a law firm, the phones are ALWAYS answered during business hours and voicemail is available after business hours. NOT ONE MESSAGE EXISTS regarding the lack of reservation due to incorrect information provided by the obviously uninformed person who originally answered the phone. The restaurant was guaranteed a party of 15 guests - and they just lost their business. The manager didn't seem to care either. What a poorly run customer service business!
Pros: Wouldn't know - see Cons.
Cons: Customer Service - or lack thereof!
