Review content:
Ive lived at a KREA owned home for two years now. The neighbor hood is quiet throughout the day. But at night the street is filled with ""Street Walkers"", Dealers and an assortment of questionable people. I also recieved serveral complaints about my grass. If it wasnt cut by the time the grass grew to your ankle, I got a letter. If my car was parked to close to the neighbors grass line, I got a letter. If a stray cat, which wasnt even mine, sat on my porch, I got a letter. Because they dont allow any pets. My move in conditions were outlandish. The finishing on the tubs was chiped and looked like someone had taken wall paint to cover the spots. The kitchen floor, which I assume was originally white was bleached several times by me and only came out to be a nasty yellow color. The paint in the entire house was white. Stark white. There were holes behind the wall paper that was plastered in the bathroom. And the list goes on and on.
