Businiess name:  The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch Apartments

Review content:
This is the first time I am writing any review about anything, but people really should be warned about this place. I was not surprised at all to see all of the negative reviews below. The Bluffs are overpriced apartments made extremely cheaply. The management company will show you a really nice apartment which is far from what you will get. The office people at first are really nice, but as soon as you sign the lease, they are extremely unhelpful and almost rude (especially Barbara). The real apartments look nice, but nothing works. Utility bills are outrageous because the buildings and appliances are extremely inefficient. There are unbelievable fees (trash removal etc...) that of course, they don't really tell you about beforehand, that keep increasing every month (i.e. for $25-$30/month I'll walk my own trash to Denver!). I could have saved so much money by moving into a different place. Trust me on this one, the large bathtub is NOT worth it! The Bluffs at HR is a RIP OFF. Pros: Trails close-by Cons: everything else
