Review content:
Rainwood apartments are very close to stores and to Clayton State if you attend that school. Which is also very helpful. The neighbors are nice (the ones I've had) and dont make much noise. The pool is a moderate size and many rules are enforced. The Maintenance staff is kind, but usually very busy. They should hire more people so everything can get fixed on time. Most of the staff is nice, but some of the management is rude and disrespectful at times. Dont expect any personal kindness after you sign the contract. Make sure you read everything on the contract! There are rules for EVERYTHING you do. I felt very unwelcome after a few months and was already ready to leave.
Pros: big pool. nice neighbors.
Cons: rude staff.
